The Tabernacle Store will refund or exchange unwanted items in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt. When returning non-defective items, you are responsible for the shipping fees and all other inferred costs. Please be aware that all items to be returned must be sent directly to our address.
All items must retain their original packaging, tags, and accessories for full refund.
Shofars will not be returned
If your product is broken or otherwise defective, you must let us know within seven days of receiving your package. Send photographs of the damaged item to email support@thetabernaclestore.com. We'll either issue a refund or send a replacement item according to your wishes and refund your return shipping cost if a return is needed.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours upon credit card authorization and delivery address confirmation. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from The Tabernacle Store, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
